Stunning views and delicious wine!

The vineyard is beautiful, stunning views and well kept. Lucinda is a great host, welcoming, friendly and informative. The tour gives you a well rounded insight into the wine industry and of course ending with a delicious variety of wine and cheeses. Thank you Lucinda!

My partner and i partner were staying in West Sussex and both love wine so decided to do a tour as a fun activity. There are quite a few vineyards to choose from but I am very glad we chose Blackdown Ridge rather than one of the bigger ones. Lucinda's communication and directions were very helpful from the get go and we managed to find the location without too much stress. Sadly the weather was pretty miserable and wet but we put on our boots and had a great time walking through the vines in the drizzle with Lucinda teaching and guiding us along the way. It was very beautiful seeing the landscape with mist. Lucinda was a great host and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable and encouraged engagement. The tasting experience was relaxed but very informative. It was very interesting to see how wine smaller scale wine is produced. It was great to taste all the different wines which were all lovely - our favourites were the sparkling and whites. We both very much enjoyed the cheese/snack plate that was provided too which was great alongside the wines. Without hesitation we bought 2 bottles to enjoy at home. Lucinda's customer service was great from start to finish and we would recommend this experience and wine to anyone.
